Twelve weeks of one-to-one coaching, three days a week, built around your hormones and your labs. No group calls. No templates. Just you and your coach.
Four coaching slots open at a time.
// Awaiting panel…
You train five days a week and the mirror hasn't changed in a year.
You've cut calories so hard your energy is gone, and the fat stayed anyway.
You're exhausted by 3pm, sleeping badly, and everyone tells you to just push harder.
Your bloodwork came back "normal" and nobody explained what any of it actually meant.
The problem was never your effort. It's that nobody looked under the hood.
Muscle is built by mechanical tension, permitted by recovery, and governed by hormones. Miss any one and the other two stop mattering.
Muscle fibres grow when actin and myosin filaments are forced to generate tension through a full range under load. Not when you're tired. Not when you sweat. Tension.
That's why every session is watched. Range, tempo, and load get corrected live, because a rep that misses depth is a rep that didn't count.
There's a minimum weekly volume below which nothing happens, a range where growth is fastest, and a point past which you're just accumulating fatigue you can't repay.
Your programme moves through that window deliberately across twelve weeks and deloads before you hit the wall, not after.
Thyroid sets your metabolic rate. Testosterone and IGF-1 drive tissue repair. Cortisol, left high, dismantles it. Insulin decides where the calories go.
If these are off, no training programme on earth fixes it — and this is the layer almost nobody checks before selling you a plan.
You don't need bloodwork to begin. But when we have it, the protocol stops being a guess.
Sets metabolic rate. Sub-optimal thyroid makes fat loss feel impossible no matter the deficit.
Drives recovery and tissue repair. Declines from the mid-thirties, often silently.
Chronically elevated cortisol breaks down the muscle your training just built.
Determines nutrient partitioning — whether a meal becomes fuel or storage.
Deficiency here shows up as fatigue and poor recovery long before anything else.
PCOS, cycle phase, and perimenopause change how you should train and eat.
Systemic inflammation suppresses recovery capacity and blunts training response.
The longevity markers. Body composition that costs your cardiovascular health isn't progress.
Three coaches in four years and none of them asked to see a blood test. Max found my thyroid was under-functioning in week one. Everything since has actually worked.
I train at home with two dumbbells and a bench. The programme was built around exactly that. Down 7kg, and I'm stronger than I was at the gym.
PCOS meant every generic plan failed me. This one was built for it. First time in six years my cycle is regular and the weight is moving.
Body composition and bloodwork markers move — or we keep working at no cost until they do. I can offer that because the protocol is built on your data, not a template.
A short conversation on WhatsApp. We work out whether this is actually right for you — and say so if it isn't.
Full one-to-one assessment. Training history, injuries, lifestyle, equipment, and your labs if you have them.
Three sessions a week for twelve weeks. Programme recalibrated every four. Checkpoints you can measure.
Twelve weeks is 84 days. Here's what lands in every one of them.
Three one-to-one sessions every week. Someone watching every rep, correcting in real time.
A 12-week periodised plan built for your body and equipment, rebuilt every four weeks.
Daily WhatsApp line to your coach. Not a chatbot, not a support queue.
Body composition and strength benchmarks every four weeks. Progress you can see on paper.
12 weeks · 36 sessions · full clinical protocol
12 weeks · 36 sessions
For when the problem isn't your training. Thyroid · PCOS · Fat loss · Muscle gain · Andropause · Menopause · Blood sugar · Longevity. Clinical consultation, bloodwork review, 12-week nutrition protocol, supplement stack, monthly revisions.
Three sessions a week, one-to-one, means real limits. Four coaching slots open at a time.
Most online coaching is a template in an app with a weekly check-in. This is three live one-to-one sessions a week with a coach who reads your labs and adjusts as your body responds. Different product entirely.
No. We start with what you have. But bloodwork makes the protocol far sharper, and we'll tell you exactly which panel to ask for and where to get it done.
Yes, explicitly. PCOS, thyroid, and menopause protocols exist because generic programmes fail women with these conditions repeatedly. Cycle-aware programming is standard, not an add-on.
One-to-one means the programme starts wherever you are. No keeping up with a group, no assumed baseline. The first two weeks are largely about movement quality.
Programmes are built around what you actually have. One of our clients trains in Abu Dhabi with two dumbbells and a bench, and is stronger than they were in a commercial gym.
Sessions are rescheduled or recorded. You get all 36 — that's the commitment on our side.
Coaching is training — 36 live sessions. The health plan is nutrition and clinical protocol design with no sessions. The recommended option is both, because for most people the two problems are the same problem.
Four slots. A short conversation to find out if this is right for you. No pitch, no pressure.
